I made these cookies in 2012 as my entry into the sugar show at Cookie Con.  I made these cookies based off some of the songs from Katy's Teenage Dreams album.  So why am I posting them today?  Well tonight I'm heading down to the valley to see Katy Perry in concert.  I very excited for her show.  I know the show will be colorful and crazy.   I missed the Teenage Dreams tour so I'm happy to get to see this tour.

The tickets for tonight's concert went on sale in January.  January seems so long ago now, and in January I said September seems so far off in the future. 

I don't have a lot of details on how I decorated these cookies, it was a long time ago.  I can let you know where a few of the cookie cutters are from.  The peacock can be found here.  The scalloped square is from the same place found here.  The hummingbird cookie cutter is from here.  The California cookie cutter can be purchased here.   The Katy Perry Cookie was hand cut.
