Saint Nicholas Day was December 6th.  I've mentioned on the blog before about how much I loved Saint Nicholas day as child.  Yesterday I/St. Nicholas filled my husband's boot up with a bunch of goodies.  He was very surprised to find them when he came home from work.  

To create this cookie, I combined a few techniques.  I painted the face and stippled the brim and the Pom Pom of the hat.  If you haven't figured it out, I used this Wilton ghost cutter.  I found it on Ebay for sale here.  This site has it really cheap, it said the cutter only stocked seasonally, but it looks like they have them available to purchase.
