Hipsters are a subculture of men and women typically in their 20's and 30's that value independent thinking.  They have many identifying symbols like eyeglasses and bow ties.  I made these hipster Easter bunnies and hipster pumpkins.  I enjoy coming up with new designs each time I make them.

I used the same cookie cutter I used to make the cartoon unicorn cookies last week.  I used Wilton's bow tie and glasses sugars.  Using these sugars made creating these cookies much quicker.  I piped and flooded the unicorn white.  While the icing was still wet, I placed the sugars on.  The sugar glasses did not have eyes so I piped black dots on.  Once the icing was completely dry, I piped black hooves, black lines on the horn, and a little smile.  Star tattoos are another hipster symbol so I placed a small red star sprinkle on the back of the unicorn.
