Unicorn Project - Cheetah Print
My last name is Tschida, pronounced "Cheetah", hence the name Cheetah Cookies. These cookies have my print on them (Cheetah print) with roses.
In May, Amber at SweetAmbs created this tutorial. I knew as soon as I saw it I wanted to make some kind cookie in that design. When I wrote down cheetah print on my list of ideas for this project, I knew I would be referencing Amber's tutorial. I loved the combination of roses and cheetah print. You wouldn't think the two would look good together, but they do.
I used this unicorn cutter again. I'm not going to rewrite the tutorial but I used a few different items this time. I used fifteen-second icing in white, black and grey in piping bottles. Amber used food coloring and alcohol, while I used airbrush coloring because it's already thinned. I didn't pipe any borders on my unicorns because I thought the border would make the cookie look smaller. Amber's tutorial is very easy to follow. Give it a try on some of your own cookies.
