I hope everyone had a happy Easter.  My parents are in town and it was wonderful to be able to spend a holiday with my family.  My mom asked me to make some cookies for her.  These are the cookies I created.  Mr. Bunny Rabbit above is from Mcgoo U.   You can get all the details on how to make him over there.

Ever since I first saw the moss technique, I've wanted to give it a try.  If you want to know how to get this moss look, head over here to find out how to make it.  I used this cutter to make these cookie.  I added a bow made from fondant from this bow mold.

For these Easter baskets, I used a vintage cutter.  I picked mine up at the thrift store, but I was able to find it on Ebay.  The basket was piped with a basket weave technique.  I made most of the flowers and leaves before hand with leftover icing.  The white roses were leftover from this project.
