Happy 4th of July!  I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday!

It's been a long time since I've done a Mystery Shape Monday.  Since I love this holiday, I thought it was fitting to get back into it.  This week I chose to do a fun Uncle Sam with a patriotic hat.  Most people are aware of the this fictional man when you have to pay their taxes.  Most patriotic symbols like stars, stripes, eagles, don't include any people.  Instead of doing typical symbols, I wanted to personify the holiday by using a man that many of you love to hate.  If you haven't figured it out I used a cupcake cutter to make Uncle Sam.

I made these trucks during Christmas with trees in the back before.  This time I used a star.  I love how old cars and trucks look and the innocence of that time.  Sometimes I wish I could live during that time and experience it for myself.
