Fall is arriving here in Prescott. The nights are becoming colder and the tress are turning from green to golden yellow and bright crimson. Fall happens a lot later here than in Minnesota. Growing up in Minnesota, fall started right after Labor Day and by November winter was already on it's way.
Fall was always a special time growing up. One of my favorite memories was going to Pine Tree Apple Orchard and playing in the leaves. This is a picture of me when I was little playing in the leaves.
I used these same leaf cutter last year to make some fall cookies. I'm not 100% sure if I purchased them at Jo-Ann's or at my local grocery store since there are many leaf cutter sets out there. To make the leaves, I piped three different colors of flood icing then swirled it together with my scribe tool.
