It's Christmas time so I had to make a Christmas Paddington.  I modeled this cookie after the Paddington Bear I had that looked like this.  He's one of the first Paddington Bears that I ever owned.  I bought him when I worked at Sears.  It was fun to make a different version.  I wanted to put a Santa beard on him but it would have ruined his face.
