Today is beginning of the 100 Day project. I'm excited to be embarking on this creative journey again. Last year was the first time that I participated and I didn't have a plan. My only goal was not to fail. My definition of failure was not posting my cookies everyday for 100 days. I didn't fail and I felt really proud of myself when I finished. I had pushed myself at making cookies and coming up with new designs and idea.
A few months ago I started thinking about the project for this year. I contemplated if I wanted to do it. I listened to a few inspiring podcasts and knew I had to do the project again.
I knew that I was going to stick with cookies again this year. Last year I had no plan and ended up making a ton of cookies in the 100 days. This year I wanted the project to be more specific and I'm only going to make one cookie each day. When I started thinking of what I wanted to make, one particular cookie cutter jumped into my head. I purchased this cutter pictured below for last year's 100 day project to make some Wonder Women cookies. Recently I've used this cutter in quite a few different cookie sets from Air Force, Toy Story, and Moana. Initially I thought I will use the cutter and make it into 100 different things.
I've decided to do 100 Inspiring Women. I came up with the idea since I want to make different people cookies and women are so important! I'm going to turn this one cookie cutter into 100 Inspiring Women through out history and ones that are important to my life. I'm excited to take on this challenge this year. I hope to share my journey on the blog. If I don't make a post here, you can find my daily posts on Cheetah Cookies Instagram. It was my intention to post to the blog last year too. I made one post at the half way point if you want to check that post out here is where you can find it.
