Dame Daphne Sheldrick was not on my original list of women but she passed away on April 12th. I added her into my project because I love the DSWT, which her husband started and she continued running after his death.
When I was young, I was a Girl Scout and I think that's where my love of cookies comes from. Juliette Gorden Low was one for the first women I thought of when compiling my list of women for this project.
Fortune was the first living women that I made for the 100 Day Project. I made her because my husband and I were going to see her live show. I was able to meet her and give her the cookie, which was pretty cool.
Today was Earth Day and I felt Jane Goodall would be a wonderful women who represents what Earth Day stands for.
I honestly think that Duchess Kate is the most perfect person on Earth. She always looks so beautiful and elegant. Did you see the photos of her after she gave birth to Prince Louis?
