Yesterday was a really busy day and I didn't get to posting this. My husband's company had their holiday party. I thought the saying "Merry Everything" went well with a holiday party. Everyone is so happy and merry at holiday parties.
The inspiration for this cookie came from a December Daily card from Studio Calico. This is a picture of what the card looks like. I saw this picture on Instagram.
To make this cookie I used this snow globe cookie cutter. I started out by piping the whole cookie in light blue icing, and flooding the base too. After that had dried, I filled in the globe part with white icing. While the icing was still wet, I used the light blue to add dots for the snow. Then the next day, I took a red food coloring marker and wrote "Merry Everything". I took red icing and piped over my writing.
